FAQ
Clear answers for researchers before they reach checkout.
Everything researchers usually ask before ordering: purity, storage, certificates of analysis, shipping scope, checkout security, and support response times.
What is PepLabs and who is it for?
PepLabs is an Australian supplier of research-grade peptides for laboratory and research use only. Our products are not for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition.
Which peptides are currently stocked?
The current lineup includes Retatrutide 15mg and 10mg, Tesamorelin 10mg, NAD+ 1000mg, TB-500 10mg, BPC-157 10mg, GHK-Cu 100mg, CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin 10mg, MOTS-c 10mg, Klow 80mg, and KPV 10mg vials. Additional research peptides are added as demand builds.
How is purity verified?
Every batch is independently tested via HPLC and, where relevant, mass spectrometry. A certificate of analysis is provided with each order and the batch number is printed on the vial label.
How should vials be stored?
Lyophilised vials are most stable when kept refrigerated (2–8°C) or frozen for longer-term storage. Once reconstituted, follow standard short-term refrigerated handling appropriate for peptides.
Do you include bacteriostatic water or reconstitution supplies?
Vials ship as lyophilised peptide only. Reconstitution solvents and consumables are sourced separately by the researcher.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Square, which provides PCI-DSS compliant card processing. PepLabs never stores full card numbers on our servers.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Shipping is Australia-only. International shipping is not offered due to customs and compliance considerations.
Can PepLabs provide medical or dosing advice?
No. PepLabs products are labelled and sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. We do not provide medical, veterinary, or dosing advice of any kind.
How fast will support reply?
Support currently targets replies within 1 business day via peplabsaustralia@gmail.com.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk research orders?
Yes, bulk and institutional research orders can be discussed through the contact page. Include expected volumes and delivery region.
What if I am unsure which product is right for my study?
Review the product descriptions and certificates of analysis, then contact support with your research context. We can point you to the correct vial size and batch information.
